Hilton Ras Al Khaimah
There is very much an Arabian feel about the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah hotel, which overlooks the Ras Al Khaimah Creek on the Northern Peninsula of the sun-soaked Arabian Gulf. The hotel is just 50 minutes drive from the commercial centre of Dubai and approx 40 minutes from Dubai International Airport. (Phil's comment: Dubai Centre may take a little longer to reach on working days) Local attractions such as shopping malls, golf course and local souk are all within easy walking distance of the hotel in Ras AL Khaimah.

If you choose the Hilton at the Creek for your stay, the value ia quite remarkable. Make sure you call the team at The Cruise Village and ask about our all inclusive upgrade available at approx £45pppd..!! For those who enjoy relaxing on the beach, there is a FREE shuttle every 30 minutes which will transfer you the short drive (approx 5 minutes) to the Hilton Resort & Spa. Here you can relax on white sands or stretch out under the shade of an umbrella as you take advantage of private beach access and a choice of 6 swimming pools. Although a Hilton, this is by no means a business hotel. I spent 2 days here and it most certainly had the feel like a resort hotel. Of course, as with any hotel, there may be a conference here from time to time, but the hotel was beautiful and I would stay here again. The big thing about this hotel is you can stay cheaper than the Hilton Resort & Spa, yet use the full amenities. If you stay All Inclusive, this can also be transferred during the day for your drinks and lunch. (Not evening meal) If you wish, you can work out in the fully equipped fitness centre, indulge in some pampering at the beauty salon or hold a conference in one of the hotel meeting rooms. The hotel also features a 24-hour business centre. Savor fresh seafood and the finest steaks in Hoof and Fin restaurant or sample traditional Arabic fare in Al Khor restaurant. Or simply relax in the evening with refreshing drink in Havana Bar. Why not, you are after all on holiday. Phil |
